RPP MP Gyanendra Shahi has demanded to abolish 500 and 1000 currency notes.
Speaking at the Finance Committee meeting of the House of Representatives, MP Shahi demanded that the notes of 500 and 1000 should be canceled immediately. He also demanded to form a high-level investigation committee to cancel the notes of 500 and 1000 as the money that went to the market has not returned to the system.
He also objected to the fact that only the families took the loans from the banks. MP Shahi also demanded that the import of green agricultural products should be stopped immediately.
