High Court order not to demolish Araniko bus park

The Patan High Court has ordered not to demolish the bus park constructed by Purvarani Transport Pvt.
The single bench of Judge Gokarn Dangi has issued a short-term interim order and asked the Kathmandu Metropolitan City not to demolish the said bus park.
The petitioner company is not to vandalize and demolish the structures built by leasing the private land of individuals for the operation of the bus park.
(b) and according to Rule 42(1)(a) of the High Court Rules, 2073, a short-term interim order has been issued in the name of the opponents.
It was said in the hearing that the information of the order should be given to the opponents.
